Not going to lie, there isn’t much to update with my training because I’ve been slacking.
Saturday, July 30th 3.75 mile run
Sunday, July 31st 11 mile run
Thursday, August 4th Cycling class + abs + stretching class (yoga was canceled and this was in it’s place)
This past weekend I moved half my stuff out of a 5th floor walk up. Cross training enough.
I have the NYRR R-U-N 5k coming up Thursday and the NYRR long training run #2 on Sunday where I’m planning to hit 14 miles.
What runs do you have coming up?
How do you fit in your runs when you’re busy? Or do you just skip them too?
